Block NdFeB Magnets Super Strong Industry Neodymium Magnet
Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material is an energy storage device with high energy density, which can efficiently achieve the mutual conversion of energy and information. It is a fundamental functional material urgently needed by strategic emerging industries such as wind power generation, new energy vehicles, energy-saving motors, and hybrid electric vehicles.
Sintered neodymium iron boron is a new type of permanent magnet material, which is an alloy composed of rare earth metal nd fe-b. Among them, nd accounts for 5-15% of the total weight, fe accounts for 1-2%, and the content of b is around 1%.
Advantages: (1) High remanence; (2) Low coercivity; (3) High saturation magnetism; (4) Good temperature characteristics; (5) Excellent corrosion resistance; (6) Lower resistivity. (7) High mechanical strength and processing performance; (8) Good thermal stability. (9) It can be made into products with complex shapes, such as disc type bipolar motors, with a content of about 1%.
