Custom Neodymium Magnets Countersunk Holes NdFeB Magnets
NdFeB countersunk hole magnet is a rare earth permanent magnet with a countersunk hole. Countersunk hole, which is unfamiliar to many people, can be understood as a screw hole. The main purpose of a countersunk hole is to use it with screws to fix the left and right sides, and the size of the countersunk hole should preferably be the same as the specification of the screw. Usually, the counterbore is parallel to the direction of magnetization.
Countersunk holes provide a convenient way to use matching screw to firmly fix magnets on almost any surface. Therefore, they are convenient organizers with unlimited applications in work and life, such as magnetic door latches, magnetic tool racks, cabinet closures, magnetic lights, and more.
Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet materials are divided into six categories based on their magnetic polarization strength and coercivity: low coercivity (without letters), medium coercivity M, high coercivity H, ultra-high coercivity SH, ultra-high coercivity UH, and extremely high coercivity EH. Each type of product is divided into several brands according to the maximum magnetic energy product size.
